Family background
I belong to a garhwali family from the hills of Uttarakhand. My Dad was a govt servant (now retired)& mom was a house maker..

I was born & brought up in beautiful valley of Dehradun & did my schooling from a mission public school from Dehradun. I was never a good scholar however due strong analytical skills I managed to get scholarship in graduation & completed my bachelor's in Computer applications from GE institute of technology, Dehradun 99-2002 batch.
Excellence in Management
I was associated with Global InnovSource in last financial year for almost 6 years however recently took a new assignment with another staffing firm named XecuteHR.

In global I was responsible for Staffing Sales & Franchisee management and managed to improve sales figures by 37% from last financial year & successfully implemented franchisee setup for Globali in 10 locations within a short span of 6 months.

My views on India Technical development
I disagree here as the best of innovations across the world have noticeable contributions from Indians. However still to answer your question I'll say that our social infrastructure in India doesn't promote creativity.

Solution lies in promoting curiosity of our children from the very childhood so that they learn life the natural way.

I am heading sales for XecuteHR & currently working on a special assignment to setup operations in West & South India.
Company has it's strong presence in NORTH & East locations & majorly working for technology clients.

my funda of leadership is to be with your people & align their dreams to organisational objectives. A true leader for me is able to be in anyone's shoes for better understanding & able to come out for decisions.

Accepting your mistakes is another important quality of a leader as creation is only possible on a clean slate.

I have opted Field Sales in early stage of my career moving out from a call centre job with alomost half the salary to shape up my career in sales.

later, in year 2006 I opted to join a startup as branch manager leaving another offer from Times Business Solutions as business manager at almost the same salary & benefits. Motivation was to create something on my own & being a branch head I got excellent opportunity to create my own success story.
