My name is Gaurav, i did my schooling from kendriya Vidyalaya from ferzoepur,Punjab. My dad is Bank Manager in PNB.My mother is house wife.My sister also works in PNB as a clerk grade.Presently i am working with Delphi Automotive System as a Industrial Engineer.There i am responsible for daily production target achievement ,Proper work distribution through line balancing.Responsible for preparation of Work Std., FMEA, Control Plan & Process Flow Diagrams,Implementation of kaizen activities in the shop floor. Layout planning & installation of equipment to avoid unwanted movement of the operators and material
