As a Proprietor I hold a 10 years experience in business management. It takes a team of experts from various streams to make a fortune. So, Even if degrees are available, I would say experience is more important for this career.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

Professional environment has considerably changed a lot. people were more dedicated towards completion of work rather than meeting the targets/goals. People were more bossy. the technological advancement was poor, the most common means of communication was through letters/mails. Today companies are more goal oriented, hitting the targets help grow not only the company but also its employees. The environment is more of an open house portal where employees are empowered and encouraged to take part actively in the discussions and projects. with the advent of internet, social networking sites, business networks it had become easier to communicate and help people with the services/products they need.

I belong to a business family.we have been into business since 35 yrs From manufacturing rubber, tyre, chemicals, to logistics, oil mill, building and construction, medicine and surgery, to designing and event management.

The Journey So Far:

My journey in the corporate world dates back to 10 years when I started learrning things with my mother who was a well established business woman. I belong to a business family where almost every member of the family is into business. From Rubber industry to logistics, chemical firms,oil mill, construction, designing and now banquets. We provide the largest banquet hall with a dining facility for more than 1500 people in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Role Model:

My father inspires me a lot. since i was a kid, i have seen him working. he loves to work, help people and make the world a wonderful place to live in.
