Important decision
During course of my industrial experience at Apar Industries, established a full fledged R&D center dedicated for high class research specially in the area of Synthetic Rubbers and Lattices. Similarly was instrumental in establishing automatic lab reactor set up at Synthomer, Kluang.
Brief description about me

Recently, I have started to write book and book chapters on different interdisciplinary topics. Two chapters published and book will appear in January 2015.
Degree that I recommend
There is Scarcity of qualified personnel for Rubber Industries. Few Institutes in India like IITS, Central Universities etc offers courses but still there is shortage of skilled manpower in the country. In fact, in a major initiative to resolve the serious issue of manpower crunch in the industry, the recently formed Rubber Skill Development Centre (RSDC) has chalked out a series of plans. Even Indian Rubber Institute is also playing a vital role for providing need based courses as per the need of industries.
Initiative to develop a country
I believe professionals can act as resource personnel to provide training both in academic or in industry. They will be the right persons who can share their experience and knowledge in the subject important industrially.Industry- University interaction through professionals can generate knowledge which will be very vital and useful for the self reliability of the country.
Thoughts on Education system of our country
Today's education system in India is missing skill part. This leads to generate qualified unemployed persons with no guarantee of getting suitable jobs. Now government has initiated several skilled based vocational certificate courses and this will really help the quality and employ-ability of educated persons and will meet the industry expectations.
