Brief description about me
I am Devdatt Desai, native from Belgaum, Karnataka. I have Studied B Sc (PCM) then completed my Interns in SHCIL and later persued MBA - Finance. I love playing and watching Football, Follow English premier league (F C Arsenal). I have in total 6 years of work experience. Always thinking of new ideas implementation, Structures and promote most newly formed Ventures or business.

My family background
My family originates from a village called Bedkhyal Near Chikkodi Taluka in Belgaum. Grand Father was farmer later he moved to Belgaum for childrens and his cousins. My father is a Bacholers of Arts - Manager (Retired) Bank of India. Now is a Consultant for Co-operative Society locally. Mother is a Master of Arts (Gold Medalist) and is a Home Maker. I have a elder Brother he is with me in Bangalore and is working.

Initiative to develop a country
Every rupee earned please spend 10 % on poverty removal , it just not brings joy to poor but encourages others to follow.

Andrew Carnegie - US Steel Barron, His testimony is to get the work done from toughest guys, His caresmatic personality and his style of 1970's that brings the pride in me for the same role.

Thoughts on Education system of our country
The Policies framed are good now we need to make them excellent.
The government has to do two things:
1) Thr primary education should be completely be provided by government free or nominal cost. This will encourage Sarva Shiksha Abihayan and hepl education reach till the grass root. Secondary Education must be privatized in order to make the education system competative with respect to students.
2) Make the Higher Secondary education based on the the industry Requirement and promote entrepreneurship from this level in order to get best talent for business management.
