Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

My father is working as Sub-Inspector of Police and mother is house-wife.I have one sibling she is a doctor.2 years back i got married to Rakesh,he is also in Software Domain.

Career Profile:

Presently I am working in a product based software company as a senior software engineer.Here i will act as a designer and developer.I will also perform some R&D activities.where as my previous profile is as Jr.SE, so there is no scope to perform any new R&D activities,just improving of skills.

Advice For New Professionals:

Who ever want to come to IT industry they should mentally prepare for the things like late night workings,shift based working and also they will be under pressure with their higher management.I am not saying that there is no enjoyment in this field.We have weekends to enjoy our personal life...

Role Model:

Its non other than Sri A.P.J.Abdul Kalam.Heis an Indian scientist and administrator and who served as a President of India.

The Journey So Far:

I have been worked in two organizations till now in my career.From these two i'm able to understand how the corporate life will be and how to be in this competative world.Some part of people will play politics in IT also but some of the people are having helping nature.

First of all we need to have greal jeal to improvize our selfs.Then easily people can reach to the destination where they want to be.I personally to grow as a leader and develop my self i will keep on learning new technologies which are releasing on my domain.

Changes In The Professional Environment:

I joined as a fresher,at that time i have much fear.In my first company i have training around 3 months so i'm able to mingle with my collegues,then slowly in to development,customer interaction.Now i can able to work with any type of customers.I strongly believe this because of my self confidence.

Got SPOT award in my present company.
