Outlook about way to raise quality education
Yes definitely, there is urgent need of improving and increasing the quality of education. There should be the quality of education which may change the traditional way of learning and change the mindset of the people according to the need of the time.
Favorite Non-Academic books
There are a lot of books in the market, which are based on factionalism, orthodoxy and separatism. These books are more harmful than the anti-social elements of the Indian society. The books, written on Marxist ideology, have influenced me more and changed my leanings towards Marxist historiography and ideology.
Unique way of teaching
In order to make the teachings more effective and practical, the should adopt the friendly method of the particular area in which he is teaching. The teacher should give the local examples more frequently to which the students are fully aware. The teacher must not forget that the students are youths and the teaching should be according to their mental ability.
Way to motivate Students
By explaining the golden future of the students and giving the examples of the successful historical personalities, the students may be motivated in their studies. They always should be shown the successful future and golden dreams and advised to hard work in their study in order to achieve those success. The students should be aware that the youths are having immense power and having the ability to do a lot and change the destiny.
My inspiring personality
My Role Model, who inspired me a lot, is my beloved teacher and world fame historian Professor Irfan Habib. He has taught me Three years in graduation, PG and M.Phil. His teaching method, unique style, helping nature and ever smiling face always impressed a lot. I always tried to adopt his methods and having dream of being the world fame historian of his repute.
Family Background
I was born on 16th of August, 1969 at Motipur village of Basti District in Uttar Pradesh. My father was a teacher and later on he was promoted to the status of a Headmaster, He was very true to his job and always worked at his level best in educating the poor children of his area. His dutifulness, punctuality and honesty always inspired me a lot. He always taught the career oriented lesson through the different stories, which we liked in my childhood. All his inspirational messages valued a lot in my teaching career.
Future of Indian Education System
After completing my M.Phil Degree from AMU, I joined YMD College, Nuh, Mewat, as a Lecturer in History in the year of 1994. White teaching my subject to the downtrodden people of the educationally backward area, I continuously engaged myself in completing my Ph.D degree from JMI New Delhi, which I obtained in 2000 AD. From that year,I continuously worked on the historical research and got published several research papers and books. "Aligarh Muslim University: An Educational and Political History, 1920-47' was my first book, which was published in 2005. Next book, "Mewat: A Retrospective" was about the political and social history of the Mewat area and its people. Another was on architecture of of Mewat, "Heritage of Mewat."

My next aim is to continue the educational work in Mewat and also to continue the research on the Revolt of 1857. About the Revolt of 1857, my other works are, "Muslim Against the British Rule" and "Uprising of 1857:A New Survey of Historical Facts"
Outlook about increase students’ participation
The youths are having the immense power. They always played important role in different revolutionary programmes. In the unification of Italy, Mussolini had formed the Young Italy; in Turkey, Kamal Pasha had organised the Young Turks; even Mahatma Gandhi, Jawahar Lal Nehru and Mohammad Ali Jinnah had used the youth power to empower their national and separatist games.
Definitely, the students should be encouraged in nation building, but after completing their educational assignments. Only the well educated youth can carry the nation in right direction.
My Advice
The teachers are the real guide to the young generation or the future architect of the nation. They should be taught in way that all the misconception should be clear without any prejudice. They should be goaded for national development, communal harmony and unity of India. It there are any tinge or racial or sectarian leaning, it should be removed immediately.
