Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I am a Tamilian born and brought up in Mumbai.My father is retired from an Insurance Company Mother an Housewife.I have 1 Brother and 3 Sisters.My immediate Family has my WIFE AND 2 Sons aged 18 and 10

Probably I WOULD HAVE TAKEN UP COMMERCE AND DONE management from one of the IIMS.Now I am still aspiring for higher qualifications like Phd in Business Management.Like they say I am happy with what I am but like they learning never stops

My Current Role is that of a Chief Executive(ceo) of the Organization.This Role entails overall resp[onsibility of the whole Hospital including Medical,Non Medical,Finance,Purchase etc.I am responsible for managing everybody else.Whereas in My earlier jobs I was responsible only for Medical Depts.

I am constantly updating myself through internet ,Journals,Books.I am doing my M-PHIL in Business Administration from DY PATIL INSTITUTE New Bombay.I am also attending Conferences on Hospital Management where you get achance to meet and hear Industry Leaders

Working Life Management:

I ensure that I don't carry work home,Once I reach Home i try and spend time with my wife and Children.I also spend time on my Hobbies like writing,netsurfing,Reading,Music,Sports like Cricket

The Journey So Far:

I have worked in various Tertiary Care Hospitals some of them were Corporate.So FAR SO GOOD.I guess your work can take you places its the hard work and sincerity which counts.

There are a number of Role MOdels,But I am inspired by Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar who carries himself so effortlessly,is an epitome for the Youth of the World and has achieved all his success due to unstinted hardwork and determination
