Opinion on women leaders:

Women leaders must not forget that they are respected in the business community due to their capacity to work hard and still be humble. I feel women leaders should necessarily adhrere to the path which preserves their self esteem and play an ideal role model.

Essential qualities:

Vision , passion for the cause due to which they are in job or business and readiness to face adverse situations can take women far beyond their dreams.

Vision:

To make every home maker in India self employed and capable of imparting solid Education base to their children.

Advices:

Multitasking is not necessary at all the times. Select the role or task that drives you to your dreams and follow a dedicated plan to get here.
A woman who makes one person visionary achieves more than several women working for one vision.
