Comparing Online sales with hardcore sales
The main differentiator is Personal Touch and Building Relationship. In Hard core sales u build a personal rapport with your client and then continue building the relationship, which can always give u repeated and referral business. Where as in Online Sales, the same is lacking though this can reach the masses in a much faster, quicker and efficient manner

My family background
I hail from a business family though originally from Palakkad (Tamil Brahmin Aiyar) but settled in Kolkata from 1920's. We were initially into Film Production ( AVM FILMS) which was into Hindi, Tamil and Bengali Movie Production
Motivating team members
Motivation is something which is self developed and needs to be inculcated in the mind, body and brain of a team member. The easiest factor to be considered is to constantly remind the team member of his goals ( personal and financial) and how LIFE can change on achieving the goals
