Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
I am from reserved kind of family where girls were not going for good higher education
or work outside. But my dad was supportive and I could complete engineering and start a job. After marriage also I have really good family support. My husband is always supports me
The Decisions That Matter
From start of my career I was inclined to do more technical work. I learnt many new technologies and tools. This same interest made me quit my well earning job and start my own company DestinationQA. Here I work as freelancer and I get to stay in touch with
technology.
The Journey So Far:
I started my career at very small company, but I learnt a lot. I travelled a lot during my job. Worked in USA for 4 years. Here my whole career was changed. My manager always motivated me to do new things and make sure my work is useful to others.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
During my career at PCConnection, USA, I learnt many tools. Using this knowledge I was able to provide quick solutions to our project problems. I am always looked as go-to person for any kind of problems in projects.
Job Profile:
I am running Organization called DestinationQA. Here we provide Software testing consultancy to various clients. We are also into Software Test Automation tool training.
Role Model:
My role model is Wayne Ciarcia with whom I was working in USA. He showed me true qualities of leader. Even being Senior manager he makes sure he is in touch with technology. He always looked after team and made sure all are happy at doing what they are. He always showed respect to all the team.
Degrees That Matter:
Only by clearing any few exams or Certifications doesn't make you good professional. You always need the thirst for learning more. You need to stay in touch with latest development in the field.
