To be a leader, first u have to be a well man managemnet person which requires to amnage all the manforce under you who has varioues ethnical and family differences. BUt to enable them to work as a team, u have to be a well understood person.

More about myself

India is nt fully democratic country where in differently abled persons are not able to achieve what they are made for. In my case, I consider myself very talented and resourcveful person in my domain however no private company is ready to take with them beacuse i have a difficulty in conversation sometimes. If given a chance and with good managerial support and techgnology I can go to the pinaccle of the career.

My father itself because he had nothing wealth in his life but always helped the needy which has duly been inherited to me. He never gave any pressure to qualify or success at fast pace.. Always encourage to give my best only...

Thoughts on Education system of our country

Now days system is forcing on cracking the competitive exams only not about contents of the students. Like in IIT and CA, all exams must have only subjective type question which is very hard to cracxk. In IIT tehre is only mutiple choice questions which is not real test of condidates. In CA there is one CPT which is also MCQ which requires to be scrapped

Brief description about me

A qualified CA, CMA,CS and MFA fprofessional working a public sector company since more than 3 years. I belong to a middle family havinf four sibling in my family, myself being the youngest one. My family consists of two bro and two sisters. All are married and well settled. My father just retired from Govt Services now he is well setteled in family business of transportation. Me is is living with my wife and a 2 yeras old daughter in delhi. I soon be promoted to the Post of Manager in my current organisation which is due on 01.07.2013. I belong to a very humble family bachground. In my childhood due to some unintentional incidents, my hearing capacity was affeceted which still is intact as it is. However I am working without any hearing aid. While searching for a good job after completing CA in 2007 I faced many difficulties. But after alla God is the supreme power who has given me this disability so also gave me this good job in a NavRatna PSU.

Degree that I recommend

Its Civil Services, if dont clear it, this will be a regret for me
