Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
Family is of 4 people. My father is working in a private firm. My mother is a housewife. Wife is a post graduate and is looking for a job.
Growth Strategy:
I am learning a lot of new skills of people management from various level of people and from various industries.
Done Differently:
I will try my level best to find the same domain or area where I was working and try to put all my skills to reach the same or at a higher position within a short span of time. I will apply all those idea which I was unable to put in force because of some or other reason.
Working Life Management:
It is all time management and depends upon person to person.
Role Model:
Rahul Bajaj. The reason is he is very genuine and is fearless person. I never came across any person/industrialist like him who can directly say on a national channel that the government authorities take money from them for passing or overlooking rules and regulation. He speaks from heart.
Advice For New Professionals:
Be ready for any type of work, shift time, any location. You are here to work and grow by overlooking all this small things.
Plans For The Future:
Future is unpredictable.. But a subject expert of my domain.

Previously the environment was not so challenging as there was scarcity of specialized professional in every field. But now you have too many people availavle with various other qualities for the same job.

Degree in Logistics/supply chain management.

Getting the certificate of appreciation for building two new sites.
The Journey So Far:
It was good. Learned a lot. There are always positive and negative of working in Corporate world. You need to be very diplomatic and have to work according to the situation.

To change my domain from operations to support function that is procurement.
