Could you tell us briefly about your family background?
In My Family myself my wife Jyotsna and my son Atharva.
I have four brothers and two sisters all are married and well settled.
My Father Raj Narain Tiwari is a retired primary head master, my is house wife.
Working Life Management:
Actually when i am in office give full attention to the task which i plan when day starts. And then when i am at home give full attention to my family.
I rarely forget to go for outing with family on every weekend.
Career Profile:
Currently i am involved in planning and estimation of projects as well managing a team of QA. I do provide input to the development team for any enhancement and requirement.
So i would say current profile is more towards management where as the previous one was as a responsible team member.

Done Differently:
Basically i always try to improve my self time to time so if i have to start my carrier again then no need to do extra from the one which i already have.
Advice For New Professionals:
I always believe that as a professional you should love your work and always try to do something different from others.
The Journey So Far:
I started my carrier from a Pharmaceutical company as a Chemist in Analytical Lab - Scientist in Analytical R&D- Research Associate in BioTech Analytical R&D then i move to the software company and worked as Subject Matter Expert for Chromatography Data System and Informatics products.
Growth Strategy:
As i said before i always try improve my skills time to time to make sure that i am aware of new technologies as well as application as the time demands.
Degrees That Matter:
My PhD (Computational Chemistry) helped me in my carrier as well as other certificate like Scrum master and software quality.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
Actually i started my carrier with a pharma company and there environment was quite different from the software companies.
In pharma i did work in very disciplined env. and now in software discipline is there but we have little flexibility.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
I always contribute the ideas in any project which suits to the client and they always appreciate it so this i think is a great accomplishment for me.
Plans For The Future:
I would like to see my self on a position which will give me opportunity to feed my ideas to develop a challenging product in Lifescience domain.
