My dad worked at Benett-Coleman group(Times of India) for 25 years and got retired, I have a younger brother who works at BPO at Global-e and my wife and mother are hosewives.

Views about 'Tech product Introduction is weak among Indians'

A broader mindframe is all required at this point of time. Currently we have so much talent in our country but the youth is always fond of Jobs in abroad which help them to earn money for themselves but national growth gets affected. We need to improve our GDP by promoting swadesi. P.S. I am not opposing FDI

Myself Sandeep Ahire. I have done Diploma in Civil Engineering from SBMP vile parle, Currently I am working with M/s Rustomjee Evershine Joint venture at Mumbai's Biggest Residential township project i.e. Global city. I am working here since Feb-2010 and I have completed one project i.e. Amusement Park(Yazoo Park) and currently doing Club house(1 lac Sqft).

My advice

Always start your career with a company where you can learn basic things about the business. Then you can find some companies which can enhance your skills and develops you in all the aspects of the field, after that rest of your career will be self driven.

Managing professional as well as personal life

I am a professional singer and a guitarist, i always give importance to the hobbies as that is the way i can spend some time with myself. and if i stay at home i automatically be with my kid and family.
