Brief description about me
I am an MCA 2009 Passout from Punjabi University, patiala (Pb.) with total 5 years of experience. Currently working with IBM India Pvt. Ltd as WINTEL ADMIN from last 1.5 years. Previously, worked with iGate computer (Patni Computer System) for 2.5 years as SCCM Admin. Also worked with Dell for 1 year. SCCM Expert with good Knowledge in Windows server and SCOM.
Ensuring success
Keep Learning new Technologies and Tools. Currently Working on SCCM 2007,SCOM 2007 and Win Server 2003&2008 now learning SCCM 2012 and Windows server 2012 with ESX/VM.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader
Should be very cool and calm. Should keep others feel easy to take risks. A leader should save team member if he/she commits mistake while trying something good. This boosts confidence in the person to go extra miles. Appreciation is very powerful tool. A leader should not hesitate and oppose (Specially through facial expressions and body language )while listening others issues and concerns. A leader should little bit lenient to a hardworking and honest person.

SCCM-2007 (Patching, OSD and Software Deployment), SCOM (Monitoring alerts and maintanence), windows server 2008 system. (VM in next few days)

Proud to be an IBMer. Found Bug in MS office 2007 and reported to MS. BUg was fixed later on and got MS certificate.

Thoughts on Education system of our country
Well... Very obsolete system we have. The things I read in my MCA was far far older. No vision on current Industry standards and nothing in syllabus. Reading again same old system. Needs to be changed. It should be more of Job and Industry oriented instead of bookish and impractical. Did anyone find Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, Advance Java, Ajax, CSS, HPQC, CCNA, MCITP, Windows severs in any of syllabus: Answer is BIG NO.
