Yes, there were crucial times when i worked overnight and many weekends. There are always pros and cons, like sometimes during night you could think of some effective ideas and able to finish up the work or something new and exciting which during the day its rare. Also work life balance is important

Yes at this stage i consider myself successful. First and foremost is family and second my aspiration. I can find a balance where my family is also happy me as a working professional and earning handsome salary and on the same hand i am growing in professional life with a good pace.
The Most Important Game
We were preparing for a Demo setup for Pre-sales team and the machine where we did the entire setup crashed at the last moment. . I played vital role expaining the situation from managers to VP and collaborated with my team over night to make up the system up and running and the demo went successful
How improved your Knowladge
I keep myself updated with changing techology. I have worked SOA, weblogic environment with our java based application Flexcube. I often read ebooks and participate in technology forums by contributing and perceiving the changes time to time.
