to do .I would say that be what u r dont try to copy someone else in interview, be confident to what u say and teach so make sure u have done ur home work.Don't dont ever be personal for any thing or any person.

My role model

Yes that's totally goes to my DAD becoz i have seen him working in various worst conditions but he have always managed to come out of it without creeping on the situation.His belief n faith on himself make him to do the same and so do i follow.

Challenges faced in job

As per the challenge is concern in the initial period it was not easy to manage the students of the same age of ours but gradually i feel that my behavior and my knowledge force my students to be in shape and this job help me to understand the psychology of many people and gel with them accordingly easily so that i can make them understand my view.
