Growth Strategy:
I am continously updated about the product developments in BFSI sector. Analysis how it impacts business in short and long term. I harness my inter personal skill and networking skill to grow as a leader.
The Journey So Far:
This exciting journey is on the 18th year. I began my career in 1995 with Arvind Mafatal Group Company, Mafatlal Fnance. I started of with underwriting service in their Merchant Banking Division. Over a period acquired capital market product domain knoweledge. I joined ICICI Bank in 2000 till Oct.2005 in their Investment & Banking division. I was into the Product Management Group acting as a advisor between sales staff and IT and backoffice. Key responsibility was to faciliate Sales team with right product and technology to moinitor sales. I was instrumental in launching ICICI Bank Pure Gold, first Indian Bank to retail 24 karat 999 purity Swiss Gold Coins through their branches. Designed entire gold inventory system which trach branchwise inventoy, sales and tracks profitability numbers. I than moved to Reliance Securities Ltd. in 2005 with key responsibity to design on-line trading platform offering securities, Mutual Funds, IPO and Gold. I desinged LMS system for tracking of sales.
Career Profile:
In my current role I am responsible to bring syngergise amongst various business and extend margin financing and IPO financing to broking customer of Reliance Securities Ltd. I am also responsible for marketing and distribution of IPO/FPO/NCD through on-line platform. The role involves in keeping update of latest development on regulatory fronts, produt edge vis a vis competitors, requirement of sales team and evolve suitable system and services to cater to the same.

In my previous organisation also abvove responsibilites were key performance indicator, however products used to be different.

SEBI and Exchang websites and business magazines.
Role Model:
My grandfather. He was a good listner and always had balanced approach givng appropriate decision.

Have eye for detail and keep networked with colleagues in Industry.
Done Differently:
One thing I have learned is that design product and services with customers in mind. Initially we began to design and give busines requirement with view I had about a product and services.

It has helped me to work in team, work with balanced approach with eye for detail.

Understanding of financial product and use technology to leverage sales. A good listner with zero degree of ego.
Degrees That Matter:
Regulatory courses like NCFM etc. Bit of technology certification may help in giving buisness requirement in the manner developer understand better.
Family Background
I am happily married to Veena. We have two sons, Karan in 9th std. and Harshil in 4th std. My parents stays with me. My younger brother Ketan Doshi works for Business Gas, United Kingdom. I too have British Passport.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
Conceptualising & launching ICICI Bank Pure Gold coins. Desigining Gold Inventory System integared with banking system - financle.

3. Mafatlal Finance Ltd. - Launching Demat operations when it was opened in 1996.
Job Profile:
The job profile involves in data analytics of broking customers and than provide margin financing and IPO financing products to the appropriate customers. It also needs to keep oneself udpated with regulatory changes, product changes, industry competition etc.

The role is leadership role which involves lots of interactiono with product, back-office, information technology and account & fiannce team.
Other Thoughts:
I am passionate product developement person in BFSI sector who would like to work in team.
