Thoughts on Education system of our country

I will not say that our education system is worse as I am also a product of it. Yes there are many improvements we need like include practical knowledge and focused area of learning, for example within secondary education need less subjects in total but subjectivity should be focused in the interest a child have and then need to nurture it as not every child in this country can become engineer / doctor.
We need sportsman like Saina Nehwal, Vishva Anand, We need scientist like A.P.J Abdul Kalam, We need leaders like Lal Bahdur Shashtri etc.,
We need to promote competitiveness in higher education and promote research within our universities.
We need education for all across religions and yes same education not religious one.

Qualities needed to become a successful leader

A person who is optimistic yet practical still religious though pragmatic, Holds it ground and have vision of skies, Honesty is its policy and humanity in its nature. Calmness in its voice and scientific in its approach. Put people first, company/nation first, and last itself.
Such person can become a leader, all these qualities are well defined in our sacred books.

Initiative to develop a country

Be honest and committed whatever you do, you will get all what you want in life but remember to give some part back to your people and country. If everyone does this our country have become super power till now.

Couple of years from now

I see myself as either on some big corporate position or leading my own venture if continued with corporate career. If somehow get chance to enter into politics may be contributing back to society as system need to be perfected yet.

Important lesson learned

Whenever you are alone or far from the loved once, remember they are always with you and most important if you believe in god then he is with you. So do your best and leave rest on the faith. So there is popular song ‘Jodi Tor Dak Shune Keu Na Ase Tobe Ekla Cholo Re’.
I don't know Bengali but i know the essence of this song.

My role model

There are many role models, just to take few prominent names with there area of work like 'Mahatma Gandhi for Humanity', 'Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam for Scientific Community India' etc.,
The point is role model can be anyone who exhibit extra ordinary deeds through it work in society/career/nation you need right glasses to see it. A soldier who died on border selflessly and protect India is also an inspiration.

My achievements

I am not proud of my achievement, proud is wrong word. I will say I am aware of whatever position I am in and it is because of hard work and values i get through my parents and education.

Degree that I recommend

Don't get into Distance Courses for your main education degrees like Bachelors and Masters. They don't add upto real value in big corporate.
For my career i have done MCTS(Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) in Web application Development, also certified in Sitecore which is my current expertise.
Point is in reality certification do help you in progress your career and be in pace with latest but remember to do as genuine.

Brief description about me

With 7 years of rigorous experience in IT industry through various roles, now looking back and realise the struggle I go through and possibilities ahead in life. I started career as school teacher and now being consultant in an multinational company, through all these years I never stop learning and trying for best what I may get out of my life. As someone said ‘dream are seen from open eyes’.
In this short career I have been with companies like eBizneeds and Dell. Currently stationed in Singapore working with Avanade from last 5 months.
Apart from this I have hidden passion for entrepreneurship where I had ventured small IT outsourcing firm back in 2009, though in end it is flop but given me experience worth of lakhs. Now also I had founded another venture named Cloud2SME which is different from previous.
Personally I like to listen Indian music and read Indian mythology and Indian Sociology books, recent one is ‘Shiva Trilogy – Amish Tripathi’ and ‘Breaking India – Rajeev Malhotra’.

My strongest skill

Communication skill as not only soft skill but command over English/Hindi language.
Fundamentals knowledge of programming, computers and software are strong which always helps in new challenges and analytical capability to see through problems and there solutions.

Ensuring success

Always explore my areas of interest and beyond..
For example in my career i always expand my knowledge and skills through giving corporate training, sticking to my entrepreneur passion and connecting with new people.

My family background

My family is common Indian middle class where my father is working in Cement Industry as service man from last 30 years, my mother is dedicated house wife and loving caring woman.
I have three younger sibling where one sister doing job in Bank and other two younger brother studying in higher secondary school. Our native is from U.P. but settled in Rajasthan from last 30 years.

Important decision

I choose my career in Sitecore during my days with eBizneeds as Sitecore expert and since then this technology lead me around the world.
I also choose to contribute always in communities be it Microsoft user group community or Sitecore Community.

More about myself

My message to every professional out there is do your hard work, get updated in latest technology, contribute to technical communities so that someone else also get benefited from your knowledge as you do in your learning days.
In end everyone should also contribute towards nation after all we all earn/learn because of the very existence of it.
