Couple of years from now

I have recently founded the company Ingenious Qube with a vision to build a circle of confidence and quality coupled with innovative solutions and services to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. My goal right now is to grow and build the company where I can instill and inculcate confidence within my peers to take on any challenge and ride through it. Talking about couple of years down the line I am looking this company to be amongst the top 100 IT companies in India. Here is one thing which I strongly believe in "Success should not go to head and failure should not go to heart."

Ensuring success

One of the mantras in my life is "When going gets tough, tough gets going" and whenever I feel down I remember this and start afresh with renewed zeal, confidence and strength.

My strongest skill

People Management - This is most important aspect for managing your team of individuals and as a leader I think one must have strong professional skills. Whether you are managing a group of 20 people or 100 people, you really should be able to get a feel for each individual’s personality and get to identify the key players. It helps when you comprehend what makes every one of them tick, particularly when having one-on-one. At the point when managing diverse identities, be tolerant of styles not quite the same as your own. Continuously attempt to adjust to their identity to express what is on your mind, or to get all the more out of them.

Important decision

Starting Ingenious Qube was the most important decision as it was always my dream to start a company and grow it. It was a paradigm shift for me as with my last full time job I was getting a handsome salary, fixed offs, paid leaves and everything. However, as stated above it was my dream and to realize it one has to make certain tough decisions to chase it.

Initiative to develop a country

Don't be afraid to take risks to realize your goals. As an entrepreneur everyone of us creates jobs, help people uplift themselves economically, groom them personally and above all pay taxes to help develop the infrastructure of our country.

I am an entrepreneur with 14+ years of diverse experience in Operations, Business Development, Sales and Marketing functions in outsourcing services (IT & ITeS). Founder and CEO at Ingenious Qube Pvt. Ltd. Experienced in offshore readiness study, formulating offshore strategies, identify services to be offshored and resource planning, preparing business case for offshoring, contract negotiation, transition management & managing services delivery. I had worked in various capacities in international business development, marketing and sales operations involving, team management, outsourcing and solution selling. Rajnish is Graduate in Computer Applications, Post Graduate in International Business Management and a Big Data Enthusiast.
