Leadership qualities
In order to be a successful leader in the Corporate world, synergizing company’s business objectives with employee aspirations is the key. Awareness about employee perception of the Company, their short term and long term objectives, their growth prospects, Company’s progress and growth potential vis-à-vis its competitors in the industry are other key elements. My view on India technical education system
There is a need to adapt education more and more according to its applicability in our day-to-day personal and professional lives. There should be an attempt to bridge the gap between: what is required and what is being offered, to make the education system more effective.
