Role Model:
My first boss,Pradeep Achan, is my Role Model. He taught me and influenced me a lot throughout my career. It was a hectic working schedule I worked in that company :). You might not believe. It was 24*7*365 :). But I still believe that It was the building blocks in my career
Prized Accomplishment(s):
I got a chance to build a QA team from scratch to a 25 member team. Initially it was a single product testing team and grown to a multi product QA team. I could able to bring a lot of processes in that company, which it follows even after I left the company
The Journey So Far:
It was a great journey so far for me. I started as a software engineer with a start up company and could grow to managerial position in a short period of 5 years. I worked in product company which gave me the opportunity to have immense growth
Advice For New Professionals:
Good Question. I would say 3 secrets. STRUGGLE, STRUGGLE and STRUGGLE. I use the word struggle in a positive meaning. Stretch yourself in the beginning of your career to learn more. Work hard. Ask questions to your seniors. Read a lot about the technology. When you hear a new term go back and google

Changes In The Professional Environment:
The testing profession has been changed a lot. The team is getting more acceptance nowadays from the peers and management.The customers are giving high priority to the quality of the testing team for business decisions
Growth Strategy:
I have taken certifications like PMP, ISTQB Advance Level Test Manager. I also attend a number of sessions about leadership and project management. I use these sessions for networking to talk to various leaders and professionals
Plans For The Future:
Its an interesting question. I would see myself as running an organisation

Shared my knowledge to college students
Job Profile:
As a test manager I also play the role of a scrum master. I have to facilitate the agile team to deliver the software as well as to manage the testing team
