Job Profile:

Currently heading the D&L for Smart Retail and Smart Cash and Carry format and also actively involved in Export format also. Going forward will be taking up Online format for FMCG,Fruit and vegetable through our retail format as a extension for back end.
Ensuring SOP complain ace, negotiation and finalization of D C and Transport agreement etc.,Reduction of cost and increase through put at Distribution.

The Decisions That Matter

Shifting the Smart Retail from 3pl to Own operation resulting close to 14 lacks saving annually.
>By moving into 60:40 model of Put-away and flow through model of stock holding, which results in less stock at store level and better customer satisfaction and higher sales.

MBA -Symbiosis Institute of Management -Pune.

The Journey So Far:

Currently designated as Head of D&L for three format namely Retail,Cash and carry,Export(shortly online) for Wadhawan Retail Pvt Ltd.,
Previous to this assignment , was associated with Reliance Retail,worked for Reliance Fresh Warehouse Set up and SCM in ban galore as SCM-Manager.
