Change is Constant and we have to Understand and Oblige the CHANGE. according Satya Sai Baba - Change is Life, so we have to move along with the change.

in my college days i read that "CHANGE BEFORE CHANGE IS EXCELLENT, CHANGE WITH THE CHANGE IS GOOD, CHANGE AFTER THE CHANGE - still YOU CAN, BUT NO CHANGE AFTER THE CHANGE MEANS - NO NEED (dead objectives not needed any change)

Change in the arena of Technology, Solutions, Services, Expectations, Decision Making Process, Stake Holder Management - improved a lot in the working environment .

Family Background

i am one of the luckiest on this earth, borne in a traditional family as the 8th Kid, father is with Admin & Accounts background and Mother (a true Meaning of care & Compassion) and blessed with 4 Sisters & 3 Brothers. My Father retired from his Profession and started a small - but sustainable Own Transport Business (my 2nd Brother now taking care) and elder Brother is a Bank Employee & 3rd Brother is a Chartered Accountant. 4 Sisters are Marries and Good Educated.

Married and having a Kid - 10 Years and 5th Standard - a genuine & loving one interested in my NOTE BOOK - to play and browse whatever his school teachers said about Nations - Flags, Games, Social Issues.

My wife is a Post Graduate - and a great cook - and everybody will admire with her abilities in Hospitality & House keeping.

Journey in corporate world

Honestly my self feel that - I AM A SOCIAL ENTREPRENEUR and 2ND SIDE OF THE COIN of Corporate Lok.

I started working my career with a community health hospital (1996-98)in my Native Place and later worked with a SURYA ROSHNI GROUP CSR trust at New Delhi(1998-99), Later i entered in to my dream cause "Micro Finance" in 1999, and worked up to 2009 with Different MFIs (Rural / Urban, Both, Profit - not-for-Profit modes).

after this i worked with the Government Community Health Insurance program - here my first experience helped a lot, and after this worked with a MNC Solar Firm - and finally initiated my SOCIAL ENTERPRISE.

Outlook about India as A developed country

INDIA - world is always looks at this Nation, Country, Civilization since centuries and Thousands of years - for different issues and angles.

presently also SOFTWARE - which is the flagship & torch bearer of Indian Intelligence and Brain-Power show casing the strength of INDIAN'S to the Universe and Indigenous Wipro-TCS-INFOSIS-Mahindra Satyam proved this from Indian soil too. Health Sector & Pharma - are the 2nd growing. Nano Car proved again.

but all these are ONE SIDE & about INDIA only, 2nd side i.e. BHARATH still struggling with DARKNESS-OFF-GRID, ILL-HEALTH COOKING SYSTEM,Lack of Innovative and low cost Health at BOP Level, Banking-Gap from Rural to Urban, still there is a room for DEVELOPING - BHARATHEEYA BASED THEMES and SOLUTIONS and METHODS to support and uplift and empower the BOP Indians - not just as Beneficiaries but as CLIENTS.

Professionals can really BRING THE CHANGE - IF THEY REALLY INVEST THEIR for A SOCIAL CAUSE - BUT ALL IT NEEDS THEIR "HEART & BUSINESS IDEAS"

Achievements

truly every small thing which got a significant change in the system and smile on the face of Client / Beneficiary / Stake Holder / BOP Community - Rural Households / Children - like this EVEN THOUGH SMALL - BUT I LOVE every thing.

whether it is an upliftment of a family from Poverty through the Micro Finance Loan, a healthy smile for a Rural Heart Patient child & her Parents through Free-Surgery, an Employee - Award - Reward to a real Performer -- like this every thing wherever i had a part & played a role , involved - all these things made me proud and more sensible to deliver more.

Outlook about option to start career again

will dedicate my life for SPREADING BRIGHTNESS among the DARK-LIVES CAUSED BY LIGHTING POVERTY, INDIA even though after 6% GDP growth or 8% GDP growth - 400+Million Indians are struggling with DARKNESS and out of them are 80+Million School going Children.

I rededicate my self and start my career with "Mission LIGHTING INCLUSION" through innovative Methodology "Micro Leasing" and truly User-Centric Products / Solutions.

and also Dedicate my self for the Cause of promoting SOCIAL ENTREPRISE & PROVE THAT SOCIAL-CAPITAL / SOCIAL INVESTMENT / SOCIAL FINANCING is worthy too for ROI & Social ROI for the NRIs and NRI-HNIs and NRI-Associations.

Career Expectation

hhhhaaa hhhhhaaaaaa, i really dont know how to & what to give answer to this, because i believe that LIFE IS UNCERTAIN - DONT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING TOMORROW, but still i wish to see my self and the THRIMPACT in reaching the UNREACHED & UNELECTRIFIED at UTTAR PRADESH, ODISHA, BIHAR, JHARKHAND, MADHYA PRADESH, WEST BENGAL etc with Mission LIGHTING INCLUSION.

BY END OF 2015 - i must be able to BRIGHTEN LIVES of MILLION, minimum.

Important Career Decision

it is always MICRO FINANCE - SECTOR ENTRY and Exit at the perfect timing too.

and again engaging my self with MICRO ENERGY SOLUTIONS - these both are my important career decisions.

and always working for a CAUSE & Communities - is my priority.

Advice for followers

Really Great - if the people with Professional Background enter in to this SOCIAL ENTREPRISE ARENA - will change not only the lives of BOP INDIAN but the entrants too - thought process, family life, values, ethics, reputation - like this so many will have a positive impact.

but having EMPATHY / COMPASSION - ability to link the CAUSE with COMMERCIALS, SERVICE with SUSTAINABILITY need of the hour.

"may be few SLAPS - but surely HEARTFELT CLAPS" - will be received by these.

India - now badly - yes really BADLY needs people with Professionalism & Progressive thoughts / actions who can bring REAL CHANGE @ BOP BHARATH and along with SOCIAL CAPITALISM, SOCIAL FUNDING, SOCIAL FINANCING - SOCIAL ENTREPRISE.
