Career expectations

Five years from now, I would like to see myself as a successful employee who is more knowledge, experience and more talented. I want to be a best employee in the industry and beein respect by others

About myself

I am manoj kumar.
I am from patna
I have completed B.TECH in electronics and communication engg from giet,gunupur in 2012
Prior to that,i have complted 12th clss from B.D.public school and 10th class from shivam school bihta.
Whenever i am free i love to listening soft music and playing cricket.
I am a good learner as well as a good listener.
I would like to work in a creative and challenging environment under the guidance of dedicated people to explore myself and realize my potential.

Considering factors

As i have done B.tech in electronics and communication branch i am always looking for a software developer job.
The most important thing always looks whenever i am going to attend interview is that the job that i am going to do is really according to my wish or not.In that can i my proper growth is there or not.
Last but not the least,i want to start my career where the employees are totally dedicated towards their job and they are helpful for those employee who are new.Combining i look to start my career from where there is ample opportunity is there .

Dream Job

First of all,it is necessary to start your career in small company because there we will know the things very well.After getting experience you can switch to your dream company.
To get your dream job,the foremost thing is to work hard. Hardwork is the key for success.

I am a good learner as well as a good listener.More ever,i can work in a team as well as in individual.

Family Background

In my family total 4 members are there.My father is a businessman who are working in patna.
my mother is a housewife and my younger sister is presently doing B.TECH from kolkata in Information Technology.

Favorite Subject

My strongest subject is Mathematics because i am strong in mathematics.i love to solve numerical problems from my childhood.

Knowledge Extension

I am working hard on that subject.2 years before,i was not able to speak English fluently.But i have tried a lot to improve my English in the last 1 yr .For that,i used to study Times of India Newspaper daily which helps a lot to improve my English.

Spare time activities

I love to listening soft music and playing cricket.
I listen soft music because it gives immense pleasure to my ear.

GODAN
It was written by PREMCHAND.

It is a very good story book

Memorable Achievements

I have participated in Robotics and won prize in that.
I have also participated in Model presentation and got second prize in that.
I was a coordinator of my branch when Tech-fest is going in our department.

Influenced factor

MY father is the role model for me.He inspired me at each and every point of my life.
coming to career objective,one of my brother is there who is working in one of the MNC company from whom i came to know about the software industry when i was studying in 10th class.From that time,i have decided that,i am going to be a software developer after completing my B.TECH.

Challenges for first job

Getting first job is always difficult specially in software industry when the market condition is not good.You have to go for daily walking and have to spread your friend circle.Some people get job easily but most of them have to struggle a lot in his life.But don't loose hope even in worst condition.
