telling about some related topics beyond their text books and multi- media theater works etc with their career formation.

About Me
I myself, as an average student during students life and shy person but because of my hard work, I can rectify now and becoming a teacher from 2000 onwards.
Most Rewarding Moment
In 2007, 5 students got distinction in economics for class 12 NBSC exam.
Strongest Subject
Economics,because I like this subject very much and inspires me in teaching this subject in different institutions,my specialization is on this subject.
Most Challenges facing by students
student cannot acknowledge what the teacher explains and frequent absence by the teacher
Family Background
a middle class family with my parents,two younger sister, one younger brother along with my wife with one son and a daughter.
My priorities
writing articles,cooperation with my colleagues during assignment of a particular work.
Future of Indian Education System
changes like student centrist approach or learner-ed centrist approach instead of teacher centrist approach will be taking place during the next few years. and the teacher will be only the facilitator for the students.
