prof. M.Mohendro,Economics Dept.Manipur University, inspires me a lot and guiding me to become a teacher to the whole of my life and planning to do so.He is my role model.

inflation,unemployment problem in India,impact of globalization on Indian economy etc.I got positive impact on them and wanted to know what causes did they gives to the society in general and individual in particular.

About Me
I myself, as an average student during students life and shy person but because of my hard work, I can rectify now and becoming a teacher from 2000 onwards.

In 2007, 5 students got distinction in economics for class 12 NBSC exam.
Strongest Subject
Economics,because I like this subject very much and inspires me in teaching this subject in different institutions,my specialization is on this subject.
Most Challenges facing by students
student cannot acknowledge what the teacher explains and frequent absence by the teacher

a middle class family with my parents,two younger sister, one younger brother along with my wife with one son and a daughter.

writing articles,cooperation with my colleagues during assignment of a particular work.
Future of Indian Education System
changes like student centrist approach or learner-ed centrist approach instead of teacher centrist approach will be taking place during the next few years. and the teacher will be only the facilitator for the students.
