Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I am from Agra and completed my post graduation from St Johns Collage Agra. I joined Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay for my Doctorate and completed my Ph.D program in 1999. I am married to Archana and blessed with two nice and naughty kids Rishi and Ved

Done Differently:

Along with working on the current technologies, I will focus more on future market demand. I will apply my Lean thought process to deliver best value to my clients with the optimised resource. HIGH VALUE AND QUALITY OUTPUT WITH LESS RESOURCE.

Growth Strategy:

Focusing more on Domain knowledge and applying Lean methodologies in projects under my umbrella. Ensuring high productivity and benefits to my organisation and our clients.

Working Life Management:

Practice Yoga daily, Thanks to Baba Ramdev :-) , spend time with Kids and family, write Hindi poems , Teach Physics and Maths to anyone and everyone whoever wants me. Whatever comes , take it as the best work and always SMILE. My team is like my family. I am lucky to have a nice Manager.

guard yourself with multiple skills. Be best in knowledge, transparent in work. Always look in good quality in your peers and learn. Get certification in domain or technology, it helps.

In my current Role, I am a Lean Leader and taking care of Insurance vertical. My past role was Test Consultant/Test Manager/ Business Analyst

Prized Accomplishment(s):

Teaching Java to Campus recruits, I always love my first MTech batch (from all 5 IITS), Publishing almost 30 research papers in Computer Science and Materials Science in International Journals of repute. My nomination in Marquis Who’s Who in Science and Engineering.
