Intellectual Recommendations
I wold recommend the book "TCS Story and Beyond" by Ram Dorai.which tells the story of the country’s largest software exporter and its unremitting quest for excellence, This book can be useful for each professional which tells that success wont be possible in a day or two you have to strive for it.
Advice for Additional Certifications
I would recommend them to do ISTQB training both Basic and Advanced level.

A self centered person who neither listens to others nor share his knowledge with others and who are not ready to recognize and appreciate the achievements of fellow workers.
My Vision
Five years from now, I would like to see myself as a more knowledgeable, well talented, experienced person which makes me to attain the post of team leader so that I can guide my teammates properly and leave an inspiration in their minds.
Starting Differently Again
Be more willing to take on challenges. It's easy to become complacent doing comfortable tasks. And, there's risk involved whenever you are stretching to the limits of your current abilities.
Future of QA
Proper appreciation from the top management and good working
environment with co workers and team leader who leads from front.
Involvement in the Industry
Job satisfaction is more important, since money is the by product of hard and good work.
I have worked overtime and weekend in order to meet project deadlines and during critical stages of project execution and achieved the goals. Learning from the same is proper planning is required in all states of the project.
The Big Question
Yes I consider my self successful because I am always satisfied with my work which I do and I had done. I believe in myself because whatever goals I had set in my life for my education and professional life are achieved so far.
Because Technology is not constant and it is continuosly evolving and there is always some more thing to learn.
Situation where you played important role as a team player
I am always welcome to help my co workers whenever help is required for the team, The recent situation is: we were supposed to finish 100 forms of testing in 4 weeks time. With in 3 weeks time we took the challenge and completed the same here I have completed the testing and helped my team as well.
