I am MBA/Mphil qualified professional having +4 years experience in human resources management, resource utilization, organizational development, talent acquisition & administration in few industries.

Currently, I am playing very crucial and important role which evolves around change management in order to develop overall organization. This require meeting and understanding employees and explore the facts that restrict them to perform effectively. Apart from it, I thoroughly work on employee engagement in order to bring positive results on the board.
Growth Strategy:
Keeping myself updated via discussions, reading, and active participation in various HR forums.
Done Differently:
I would go for basic certifications right after MBA/Mphil to have more thorough insights about the field.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
All accomplishments work as energizer but for me it was "Emerging Talent Award" and "Best Chairman of Employees Club" that i received from leaders of the organization.
The Decisions That Matter
At the start of MBA it was a big question "Where to go", but, keeping in view my skills and interest I decided to build my career in the field of HR. Similarly, I suggest many students to opt a field that interest them the most.
Career Profile:
My current role is totally different from previous profile as this mainly focus on organizational development instead of "HR Generalist" role. Following are my responsibilities.

 Provides a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures.
 Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
 Consults with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters. Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
 Conduct needs assessment to develop new tools to strengthen HR operations.
 Conduct environmental analysis to revamp performance management strategies.
 Consults with manager and Head of HR on employee satisfaction survey to determine operational work flow.
Advice For New Professionals:
I would recommend them to get clear insight of HR terminologies which will help them through out their professional career. They should keep them active on various HR forms where they could share their ideas with leaders of HR.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
Everything changes as the time passes like 3G to 4G and now 5G. Likewise, organizations are now more focusing on employee engagement/satisfaction and are taking initiatives accordingly.
Plans For The Future:
I see myself playing more intense role with many more responsibilities on planning and strategic side of HR.
Required Reading:
I would rather more focus on HR forums like SHRM,, and CiteHR in order to have updated knowledge and info regarding recent practices of HR.
Degrees That Matter:
Since I have done MBA/Mphil(HRM) so now its the time to go for few certifications like HRBP.
Other Thoughts:
I appreciate the efforts of Silicon India and their editorial team for such nice initiative to strengthen HR community. I would also say "Good Luck" to newly entrant champs of HR.
Professional Strengths:
Being HR, I believe it would be "Interpersonal skill and Innovative skill".
