Could you tell us briefly about your family background?

I am married and have a daughter ,i have a brother and sister both younger to me

I am trying to build the required skills and use them when ever i get an opportunity which is very minimal at my current work place

I have not noticed big change , at India people are still considered subordinates .However, there are new challenging options available when start ups are embraced

The Journey So Far:

I started of as a system engineer and moved into a QA role and since then i have enjoyed working as a QA ,enhancing my understanding and looking at how to make software or products better for the user .I have also taken up leadership assignments and looking forward to grow as a QA technical leader
