Have an imagination

Perception is very important. Try to feel and imagine what you’re learning and then apply the theoretical concepts practically. Never stop learning new technologies. Always prepare short term and long term smart goals and work hard to achieve it.

The Journey So Far:
I always wanted to be a part of team where we can administer thousands of server and routers valued at billions of dollars. I started learning about Servers when I was in 12th Standard. Today, I am working as a Senior Systems Engineer with one of the top Consulting firms.
Growth Strategy:
I am focusing on all the 3 major Industries-Technology, Media and Telecommunications. In next few years Cloud computing, Virtualization , 3-D printing etc. are going to change whole IT Infrastructure. I am learning all the new tech, markets and risk-challenges etc. to develop as Leader in my Domain.
Degrees That Matter:
Certifications really matter a lot for Freshers. Every certification is equivalent to 6 months worth of experience. Certification can help you learn updated scenarios and resolutions.
My certification includes ITIL,IBM-SA,Cloud-MCSA MCSE, MCITP EA SA Core DBA, MCTS, MCP, MCDST, CCNA, CCNP

I am proud of the career decisions I made based on my passion to learn and be outstanding.
So far, I have authored 2 books, created 3 blogs 881984 video channel, Member of first best 500 Enterprise Engineers all over world, Cisco interviewed and published about me, Acquired 30 industry certifications. :)
Done Differently:
There is nothing I would like to do differently; my experience so far have been great with lot of learning opportunities, I would have like to worked more on my passion- Network Designing. I always like to look ahead and someday I would like to be an Architect + Consultant with Top MNC's.
The Decisions That Matter
There was a situation when I applied for more than one position which yielded more than one job offer. The dilemma was to choose the best offer. People usually decides on the basis of salary parameter. However, I choose on the basis of Brand, Growth Opportunities, and Work Place Environment.

Family Background
My Father is a retired Army Officer and my mother is a House wife. My younger brother is working with Deloitte Firm as a SAS Consultant and my sister is pursuing her MBA.
My Father got transferred to many places in India and it was fun to learn new languages and culture from every new place.

Currently I am working with Deloitte Consulting Firm as a Senior Analyst.
My key areas of responsibilities are Server 881984 Network Administration, Configuring,Securing, Managing,Diagnosing, troubleshooting all Infrastructure services like AD, DNS, F5, IIS,SQL Server, Hyper-V etc.

Changes In The Professional Environment:
It has become competitive! We are changing like never before. A few year ago who would have thought the virtual world would be what it is today,first Hyper-V, then Cloud and now Windows Server 2012. We are innovating rapidly for the better. One has to be on their toes all the time to keep up.
Working Life Management:
Maintaining a work life balance is tricky in our field. The need to keep everything up and running is pivotal. I make sure to take some time each day for my family as well as work on keeping my learning curve high. I can assure you that everyday is a new lesson in the art of work-life balance!
