Belief in me, sincerity, perfectionist. No compromise, be it as small as putting the appropriate punctuation mark or not following the alignment while drafting a letter

Degree that I recommend

Well, given the current environment, an addtional degree seems to add on the value(perception), reality tells me that nothing like a shop floor experience. Yes, if it is a degree/certificate, it should be from a front running institute and not from any mushroom which is of no nutrional value. Management degree helps to think rationally. But as stated, nothing like a shop floor experience

My family background

Happily married individual with progressive thinking spouse and children

Couple of years from now

Officially hanging the boot, since would have to make space for the next generation but make the best of effort to impart the 35 years learning to the young and positive thinking youth

Thoughts on Education system of our country

First of all, the exam system should be uniform across India, which has never been the case even when we passed out.
Evaluation should be balance and not treat everybody extraordinary to obtain a percentage below which, it is a hapless situation
