The Decisions That Matter

Choosing Travel profession was a challenging decision i took in my life.From Hotel to full fledged tour and travel was a great twist in my career.Still i am a good learner,listener and slowly but steadily Climbing to heights for that i put all efforts.

Job Profile:

I work as a boss,team leader, coordinator and a good friend to staff.For clients i am a Humble Servant.My job is to run the show without any Hiccups.Manage all departments and coordinate and make sure that our team executes each targets in time.

My father is retired deputy chief engineer.My mom who was professor and head of the department of economics,passed away.My wife is a computer teacher.

Advice For New Professionals:

Once you decided to be an Entrepreneur stick to it.Even in the best of times it takes more than spirit and vision to get your new business started and keep it alive and thriving.Sometimes the idea for a new business is like a bolt from the blue.Talk to everyone you can about what you are doing.

Working Life Management:

I adjust as my family too adjust.When both hands join together one can hear a sound clap of Success.Once your into it its routine.

Growth Strategy:

Reading books and Newspapers a lot.Visiting Silicon India daily for latest updates in all fields.Keep my eyes and ears open starving for new things to learn and adapt and implement.Visiting workshops for Entrepreneurs.Learning from leaders.

Done Differently:

Become a full time Chef and run a hotel with home made food.Which will be filled with nutrients and low fat and sugar without any adulteration and cheap tariff.

My role model is Mr Ratan Tata.So humble and polite a person,Outstanding leader.It his vision and dedication,hard work and integrity that build his empire.It is his attitude and motivation that made an new Indian Entrepreneur at that time named INFOSYS. Hats off.

Communication is the best skill i am having.Good knowledge of computers,time management,good salesman etc.Fast learner and a good listener.

The Journey So Far:

From an employee to an employer is really tough, might be the hardest journey of my life.From a Chef to Coffee shop manager then to Own a travel and tour shop.I am presently managing partner cum founder for Rubil N Susan Travels & Tour.
