Currently I am working as a Deputy of Site PMO(Project Management Office) Manager. This profile shall lead myself to the next position of PMO Manager. There is a team of 5-6 Planning Engineers which is handling approx 13 projects in Rajasthan.

My views on India Technical development
I do agree that as a country we have enormous individual talent. There is a lack of discipline and collaborative effort. We as a country do not follow any Project Control technique.
There are so many proven techniques used all over the world which we should also use in all government programs to achieve the targets.
All programs should have reward/penalty provision.
There should be performance based promotions in all government departments.

All above suggestions shall make our system good and transparent and lead to success.
Current Job description
Currently I am as a Deputy to Site PMO (Project Management Office) Manager. We are managing 13 projects with a team of 6 Planning Engineers. We are monitoring all projects and alerting management in case of any deflection in target.
Team Management
There should be a friendly environment with in team. There is no boss in a team. A team always has a leader who gives each team member a cushion to feel free and motivate individual to give optimum to the organization. Each team member should have "Right to speak". There is no "I" in a team. Each team member should be treated equal and differed only by experience, performance and logical approach only.
Handling Grievances
Grievance redressal is a very important part of any organization. It needs to taken in following steps:
> First hear each & every thing.
> Follow logical and neutral approach in relation to company policies.
> Address your neutral views to the individual and assure him/her that this issue shall be taken up to higher level (If you find it valid).
Managing personal and professional life
This can be assured by audits of internal & external agencies in your profession.
If you are doing your all social responsibilities and your family looks happy than you are a successful family man.

My mother has influenced me very much. Now at this age I am able to understand what my mother has taught me during my childhood. All childhood lessons are foundations of individual character and life.

Important career decisions
I learned computers after Diploma in Civil engineering which was not at all required by my profession. It inclined me towards the softwares which are in use by construction industry. These softwares were drawing & project management.
