Brief description about me
I started my career with Indian Air Force as an Aircraft Technician. After the rigorous training in Air Force training Center for three years which completes my Diploma in Mechanical Stream, I have been placed at various air bases to maintain the aircraft and helicopter for about 17 years. During this period I gone through various courses and training in India and abroad, which made me competent aircraft senior technician and supervisor. I also completed my graduation form Pune University in Politics. I completed my initial engagement with IAF in 2006 and after that I entered in Civil Aviation. At present besides Diploma in Mech. Engg. and Graduation in Political Science I completed my Basic License in Civil Aviation on Heavy Aircraft Category and continue to add new categories.
At present, I am Chief Instructor at Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Institute at Academy Of Carver Aviation Pvt Ltd Baramati, Pune since last six years. I manage this training establishment which imparts training to aspiri ng students and having almost 30 staff members to cater this entire process as per norms and regulation of Civil Aviation.
Chellenges in Job
Aviation sector as whole is in infancy for India and there is vast scope for its expansion when we consider fast growing Indian economy and and ever changing living standard of an Indian. But still there are great challenges when I consider about my current profession. I regularly come across many students and parents and they are very reluctant to select new career options and tend to depend on the conventional options while selecting the career options. It is really hectic and tiresome to counsel the students and parents to explain them pros and cons of this challenging field and make them aware to select something new and challenging while selecting career options. It will not only make your career but indirectly help the government to minimize unemployment.

Thing that made my job easy
I personally feel, no job is easier, but to make it easy and interesting, it requires shear dedication and devotion. Everyone should know, what we are actually doing and what we wants to achieve. It's makes our target clear and approachable.
Upcoming Trends
Growth in aviation sector is unstoppable but still it requires strong willpower at the political level and same is demanded from each individual. Secondly as a student or parents we should diversify our career options to help government. We are the only who creates saturation in various sectors. We are not confident to select new fields of our own. We wants that someone should go first and after wait and watch, I will start. I think that is wrong tactic.
My point of View
As I said above, it is just because of we don't have confident on ourselves. It is applicable to each individual i.e. to students, parents, government etc.

My goals
At present I put on more than 26 yrs of service in aviation sector as an maintenance engineer. As an senior management official, I want to impart the knowledge to those who are interested and deserving. Besides ensuring growth of an organization, make the career in most efficient and effective manner.

Family background
I am basically from village, where my father and other family members looks after the farming. That again the point which I wants to convey to the students from poor and village that anyone can make career in any sector if he/she has will to do so.Because I have seen many are just shying to approach as they are not comfortable with English or other languages, which I feel hardly matters.

Advice to Professionals
I personally advise everyone that no field is bad or less valuable. The requirement is of self application and ever acceptable to challenges and struggles.
Advice to College students
