Myself Girish Shastri. I am basically from Solapur, Maharashtra but currently staying in Pune Maharashtra. I have Completed MBA in HR and Finance from IBS Hyderabad University. Also I have Completed LLB from Pune University and Associate Company Secretary. I have worked as Resource Executive at Infinity Eng. Pune. Currently working as trainee-assistant under Practicing Company Secretary in Pune. Speaking about my family members, My Dad is M.Com Fellow Chartered Accountant and Lecturer at DAV College, Solapur. He is practicing since last 28 years at Solapur. My mother is house-wife. My elder brother is M.com Associate Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary and currently working at dad's firm, My younger brother is M.Com Associate Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Work Accountant and currently practicing in Pune.

Challenges facing by students

The biggest challenge faced by students is getting the correct guidance regarding the career to chose. They are generally confused and under pressure of theirs parents to choose the career which generally they are not interested. The student have to choose the career on their own and make bright future of their own. But it doesn't mean that we should not consult and discuss the same with the parents but seek proper guidance on the career we have to choose.

There are many positive changes occurring in my field of studies in the sense as more and more awareness about the course and many resources are available in the new ways which help the student to achieve the goals of the students.

To develop a nation, a education plays a pivotal role as it brings out greater opportunities and strengthen the nations with new opportunities and bring out a lot of scope in all the fields which in return helps to develop a nation in much better ways.

Most proud accomplishment

All of my accomplishment's I am proud of as it involves a hard and smart work in it which brought a positive result for me. And more so ever made happy and proud to my parents, so cant choose one among themselves as all accomplishment's are special one to me.

Favorite Books and Articles

I am least interested in reading novels and so. But I read a novel written by Chetan Bhagat namely "2 States". It is the story about a couple coming from two different states in India, who face hardships in convincing their parents to approve of their marriage.And it influenced me so much that I fell in relationship with a gal and rest is bit personal.

Time Management

Their no such scheduling about the work but when it is of top priority nature then I dedicate fully, patiently and try to finish the work in time.
Most probably I sort out the things in such a way that it should be completed in time.

Spare time activities

Surfing net, exploring new places and hanging out with friends.

Most influenced factor

My Dad influenced me a lot to choose my career and always supported me in achieving my career objectives and goals. And I always thank god for giving such a understanding parents to me who always supported me in every choices that I made in my life.

Favorite subject

My strongest subject is Law as from start i felt well versed and easy going with the statutes of the law and its interpretation which gives me confidence in every bit of way.

Most flourishing college experience

One my most rewarding college experience was when I scored the highest number in the subject of English outnumbering my convent class mate who felt that their English was far better than the rest but I proved it wrong and secure 89 out of 100 in English.

My uniqueness

My unique or remarkable thing about me is that I am very helping nature guy and always help others in every possible way that is within my limits.
