Funding News: Banana Chips Startup 'Beyond Snack' bags $8.3 million in Series A

Investors: 12 Flags Group, NAB Ventures and Enrission India Capital.

The company had previously raised $4 million from angel investors, NAB Ventures, 100X VC, and Faad Network. Also, the startup claims that all of its products are free of artificial colors and flavors.

Regarding this strategic fundraise, Beyond Snack Founder Manas Madhu says, “Because of a lack of creativity and appropriate technology, banana chips are sometimes overlooked, but they are actually one of the most delicious snacks available. Therefore, we made the decision to spearhead that innovation and introduce cutting-edge technology into banana chips”.

According to Ashish Choudhury, CIO of NAB Ventures, "Beyond Snack is currently deepening backend integration and streamlining its supply chain, further enhancing its efficiency and sustainability within the Agri value chain."
