Bangalore: Women have always been the centrifugal force in a society and this is not just the story of the modern times. It has its roots from ancient times. Women have always been portrayed stereotypes within the society but now is the time for change and a change being brought by women themselves. The many success stories of Women that we read or hear today are a reflection of how they have overshadowed the timeless stereotype images that the male dominated society has levied on them. Padmasree is the chief technology and strategy officer at Cisco which is a $43billion company. She is the former Chief Technology Officer at Motorola.Inc. She is also one of the top contenders who would succeed the present Cisco CEO John Chamber who would retire in a few years from now.
