You Won't Believe Who Had Steve Jobs' Stolen iPad, a Clown!

Bangalore: We know what people load their iPads with. But imagine the potential treasures which could be inside iPad of the person who created it! Yes, we’re talking about the stolen iPad of Apple’s late cofounder, Steve Jobs.

But, 47-year-old professional entertainer Kenny the Clown, who unwittingly received the stolen tablet after the Apple co-founder's Palo Alto home was robbed last month, used the iPad to downloaded music to play for San Francisco Bay Area kids and tourists.

The clown whose real name is Kenneth Kahn, had no idea where the iPad actually came from until his friend Kariem McFarlin was taken into custody for breaking into the residence of Apple’s co-founder.

Kahn had received the iPad in exchange of some money Kariem owed him. "Kariem owed me $300 for the plane tickets, so he said he had an Apple computer that he wasn't using anymore. I said fine, not having any clue what the hell was going on," Kahn told The Associated Press.

Khan, who also happened to be a huge Steve Jobs fan felt bizarre, when police came for the iPad and revealed him the details. During the few days he held this unknown wealthy possession, Khan used the device just to play music at the art and wine fair. The device has been returned to the family of Jobs.

The investigators were able to identify the burglar as McFarlin after he used the stolen device to connect to his iTunes account. McFarlin remain jailed on $500,000 bail and is expected to appear in court on Monday. If convicted, he could face almost eight years in prison.
