Microsoft Outshines Apple In Trust


Bangalore: Outshining Apple, Microsoft has turned out to be the most trusted and essential company, reveals a recent study conducted by Forrester Research.

 The study based on brand resonance that established the vibe between the consumers and the brands had analysed how remarkable, trusted and essential brands are to consumers. The survey conducted on 4,551 U.S. adults also revealed Microsoft as the only company to achieve ‘trailblazer’ status based on rankings, followed by Apple, Sony and Samsung.

 The study also showed that even though Apple had the highest rank for being ‘remarkable’ and ‘unmistakable’ to the consumers, Microsoft is the most essential company. “While Apple and Samsung battle it out to reign supreme with the coveted Millennial generation, Microsoft has quietly stolen the consumer technology crown by becoming more trusted and essential across multiple generations,” writes  Forrester’s Principal analyst  Tracy Stoke.

The study also praised ‘One Microsoft’ method, which is a recent single core strategy adopted by the company recently to achieve their goals. Adding authencity of Forrester Research, a recent UTA Brand Studio report also found that Microsoft outshines Apple in terms of brand strength.
