The company keeps a track of all the Tweets relevant to Zappos and displays them on a dedicated page on its website to increase the popularity among the users. Because of the trending topics on the Tweet Wall users get interested to become a member. Zappos also has twitter apps for iOS and keeps a record of the Tweets generated from it.
How it helped them?
An average of forty conversations per day is initiated on Zappos summing about 60 tweets a day for more than 600 products. Zappos’ Tweet wall that started as a fun way to inspire the customers, now accounts for the largest fraction of Zappos’ traffic.
