8. Follow the expert advice

Though it is not advisable to take blind folded actions one whatever advices you get, it also important for an enterprise and its leaders to consider advices from the veterans of the field. Zuckerberg has cultivated the habit of taking advices from Steve Jobs, Marc Anderseen, investor Peter Thiel, Jim Breyer of Accel Partners, Warren Buffett, Donald Graham of the Washington Post, and many others and had also taken CEO lessons.

9. Grow a thick skin

Learning to tolerate criticism and putting it to good use can help a company avoid a lot of trouble. Facebook as received a lot of accusations and many more spiteful criticisms. Yet the company has stuck to its pre defined path and never hesitated from trying new stuffs.

10. Do not stop to relax

There would be many instances where one might feel that enough has been done and there is nothing more to do. Face book had many such times when it had beaten all its competitors with great margins, but it never stopped from innovating and kept on going.
