11. Ignore the luring deals

Until it was really required Facebook never made a business deal. Many companies have offered investments and proposals for acquisitions. But the team Zuckerberg has always ignored them and stuck their noses to development.

12. The long term

There are frequent ups and downs in the revenues and companies are praised and trashed by media accordingly. Facebook has never looked at its short term achievements or failures and has always progressed to reach the long term goal.
