Facebook’s ride to success though, has not been a cake walk. Let alone hundreds of accusations and blames from users as well as governments, the CEO of Facebook himself has gotten himself into many situations where he could have very well lead to the destruction of his company. Hiring wrong executives

Some of the initial executives hired by Zuckerberg were startup veterans like Amazon exec Owen Van Natta who were steadfast on selling Facebook for a couple of hundred million dollars. Using his greatest talent, Zuckerberg fired them all to hire the now COO Sheryl Sandberg who has played her part in accordance to Facebook’s needs.

What could have happened?

What is the most used social networking website could have lost its leader in early stages. If Zuckerberg would have gotten into a fight with any of those experienced professionals, the board would have taken the side of the execs and kicked the CEO out of the company.
