Yulu, the shared electric mobility startup, has officially named its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Anuj Tewari, as the newest co-founder. The expanded founding team now includes existing members CEO Amit Gupta, CTO Naveen Dachuri, and President of Ecosystem Partnerships RK Misra. Anuj Tewari, instrumental in shaping Yulu's growth strategy and leading fundraising negotiations, has been promoted to the Co-founder position. This move aligns with Yulu's ongoing rapid expansion efforts, with a goal of achieving a substantial 7X-8X year-on-year increase in revenue for the fiscal year 2023-24.
Sharing his thoughts on the news, Anuj Tewari remarked, "Becoming a member of Yulu's founding team is a significant honor. This responsibility humbles me and eagerly anticipate collaborating with this resilient team". Yulu's CEO and co-founder, Amit Gupta, expressed his confidence in the decision, stating, "Anuj is the ideal and organic choice to join Yulu's founding team; we couldn't have asked for anyone better". This step reflects Yulu's strategic move to enhance its leadership team as it adapts to the evolving dynamics of the shared electric mobility sector.
