Bengaluru witnessed an exciting event last weekend as Stellaris Venture Partners and Entrepreneur First joined forces to organize a Generative AI Hackathon focused on building innovative solutions for India-specific use cases. The hackathon brought together developers, data scientists, and AI enthusiasts, attracting over 150 participants forming 60 teams to leverage AI and tackle India’s most pressing issues.
The hackathon received tremendous support from leading companies in the tech industry, including Whatfix, AWS, and LlamaIndex. These companies provided resources and expertise to help the participants in their quest to develop groundbreaking solutions using generative AI.

Notable solutions included an emergency response application that quickly analyzes and prioritizes emergency calls, a generative video solution empowering Indian businesses to create personalized videos, and a platform for rural India providing access to crucial information on government schemes.
