Shipyaari Collaborates with ONDC to Transform Ecommerce Logistics Solutions
Logistics and ecommerce solutions provider, Shipyaari, has announced its participation in ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce), with the aim of offering its hyperlocal and inter-city logistics services to sellers, regional courier partners, and consumers. By becoming a part of the ONDC platform, Shipyaari intends to facilitate the seamless onboarding of fellow ecommerce sellers and brands, ultimately extending its services to approximately 25,000 new sellers.
Vishal Totla, Co-founder and COO of Shipyaari, emphasized the collaborative benefits of ONDC, which unites sellers, buyers, and enablers under standardized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This alignment leads to several advantages, including reduced prices, an expanded product selection, and enhanced customer service.
In line with its commitment to ONDC, Shipyaari has established a dedicated cross-functional team comprising 15 members. This team will work cohesively to ensure the success of customers within the ONDC ecosystem. Totla stated, “To help sellers win with ONDC, we have set up a dedicated 15 members cross functional team initially that would be working in an integrated fashion to ensure customer success.”
