Netflix grasps 40 million monthly active users worldwide for ad-supported plan

A global level video-on-demand streaming company, Netflix announced that its ad-supported tier has touched over 40 million monthly active users globally. Notably, last year the company reported 5 million monthly active users. It says that this user reach drives the company to fascinate new users with affordable plan subscription.
Also Netflix stated that it will introduce platform for in-house advertising technology by the end of the year 2025, in a proposal to provide customers with new paths to purchase ads & enhanced engagement with users. It also stated it will partner up with Google Display, Trade Desk, Video 360 & ad-tech venture Magnite. Collectively these companies will join Microsoft to hasten the process of purchasing automated ads.
The ad-tier plan of Netflix costs $6.99 per month, equated with monthly subscription plans of Warner Bros Discovery's streaming service Max - $9.99 & Walt Disney's Disney+ -$7.99. In a previous month, led by Comcast streaming service, Peacock announced it would increase the prices of its subscription plans which would elevate its ad-supported plan to $7.99 per month.
Netflix said it would stream two National Football League games on Christmas Day this year, doubling down on efforts to add more live programming to its streaming service.
Additionally, in the previous week, Netflix publicized that there is a chances to stream two National Football League games on the day of Christmas in this year. This significant announcement of Netflix comes from their motto to double the efforts to augment more live programming events to its on-demand-video services.
