Born on July 30, 1863, Henry Ford transformed the transport industry. He has the mainstream automobile a reality. Ford also announced $5 per day program, raising the minimum daily pay from $2.34 to $5 for qualifying workers. He also offered profit sharing to his employees who had worked at the company for six months or more.
